Integrated Clinical Hypnotherapist
I believe healing and transformation is not about fixing yourself, but about understanding and releasing the patterns that have been holding you in place.
I am an Integrated Clinical Hypnotherapist, supporting individuals in releasing deep-rooted emotional and subconscious patterns that often drive anxiety, trauma responses, low self-worth, self-sabotaging behaviors and relationship challenges.
Hypnotherapy is a gentle, yet impactful, focused process that works with the subconscious mind – where our beliefs, emotional imprints, and protective patterns are formed and stored. At its core, this work brings the subconscious mind into alignment with the conscious mind and its goals. Hypnosis itself is a safe and natural state, one you move in and out of every day. In this state, the mind becomes more open and receptive, allowing us to work with patterns more directly and effectively. The subconscious holds both the roots of many persistent challenges and the pathways to resolve them. When accessed safely and intentionally, it allows for meaningful and lasting change beyond surface-level strategies. Hypnotherapy can be powerful as a modality on its own, and can also complement therapy or cognitive approaches by working with the deeper layers where many of these patterns originate.
I have supported clients with concerns including anxious thought patterns, trauma and its impacts, stress and overwhelm, emotional reactivity, and self-worth challenges. I also work with behavior change around self-sabotaging patterns, improving sleep and supporting nervous system regulation. I frequently support high-performing individuals in managing stress and maintaining greater emotional balance within demanding environments. In addition, I help clients navigate life transitions, including grief, relationship changes, divorce, and career shifts – offering a space to process and move forward with clarity and stability.
I am a certified integrated clinical hypnotherapist and a member of the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association (IMDHA) and the International Association of Counselors and Therapists (IACT). My approach is supported by additional training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed somatic practices.
I offer a space that is warm, grounded, and intentional. Having lived across South Asia, the Middle East, Canada, and now the United States, I bring a cross-cultural lens to my work and value creating a space that is inclusive and attuned to each individual’s lived experience.
